2 Good reasons a Sun City resale may be a better option than new
Everybody is excited about the new Gas Service we are getting in Mesquite.  The provider is Southwest Gas.  I will post a link to a story published today about gas costs in las Vegas. Our Electricity Provider OPD5 is a non profit organization delivering cost WELL below what other utilitiy companies are charging.  The employees of this organization are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and ability to keep our costs low.  Currently we are paying 8.6 cents per kilowatt hour.  That is really low compared to other entities. After readng this article I am more skeptical than ever at how our neighbors costs with gas will compare to ours that are all electric.  Time will tell.
Read for yourself. https://www.reviewjournal.com/business/energy/rising-gas-costs-winter-weather-means-bigger-southwest-gas-bills-1936338/

Below is reason #2.  The builder saddles the buyer with customary selller costs.  You can see for yourself below.  Call me to discuss RESALE.  I can also represent you on New Builds independent of the builder PULTE.

BLM drops part of land sale near Mesquite. Our water is safe for now!
Addressing a crowd of about 100 people who turned out to oppose the sale, Mayor Allan Litman said the Bureau of Land Management had dropped plans to include highly contested parcels located in the basin that provides drinking water for Mesquite and communities near it.  The prospect of fracking in that area had prompted outcry over concerns about contamination of water supplies. "At least for now, we're out of the woods," Litman said.  Culinary Water is one, if not the most important aspects of life for this valley.  One accident from drilling would seriously jeopardize that.

Fed cuts rates for third consecutive time, no promise on a fourth cut

BREAKING NEWS: The Federal Reserve cut interest rates for the third consecutive time on Wednesday, but did not offer clues as to whether or not it will cut rates further.  The Federal Open Market Committee on Oct. 30 voted to reduce the benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to a target range of between 1.5% to 1.75%.   The Fed now says it will “continue to monitor implications of incoming information for the economic outlook” in considering future moves.
